Acceptance of terms
By accessing founderverse.agency or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
Founderverse provides organic social media strategy, content creation, and account management services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between Founderverse and the client.
No guarantee of results
Social media outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and audience behavior. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, reach, engagement, or revenue.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Founderverse unless otherwise stated. Ownership of deliverables produced for a client is governed by the applicable client agreement.
Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms for services are set out in your client agreement. Content shoots and any third-party costs are charged separately; our packages are organic only and do not include paid advertising spend.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founderverse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services.
